These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pjoke ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses this website ("User", "you"). By accessing or registering on this website, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

12Account Closure & Termination of Service

A user may request to close their account at any time. Our support team will assist upon request. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure (subject to applicable wagering requirements being met).

pjoke may unilaterally close an account for the following reasons: violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, legal directives, or prolonged inactivity. The relevant user will be notified by email in such cases.

13Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes relating to these Terms and the use of the pjoke platform will be governed by applicable international cyber law and e-commerce regulations. As a first step for dispute resolution, it is recommended to discuss the matter through pjoke's customer support team.

If any term is found to be invalid or inapplicable, that term will be removed and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative version — in the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
